Exotic Spices Alleppey Fish Curry Masala
INGREDIENTS
â— Fish- 1 kg
â— Coconut oil- 3 tbsp
â— Ginger garlic paste
â— Poppy seeds-2 tsp
â— Curry leaves- 2 stems, de-stemmed
◠Fenugreek seeds- ½ tbsp
â— Green chilies, slit- 3-4 nos
â— Exotic spices fish masala-4 tbsp
â— Coconut milk, third extract- 1 cup
â— First extract of Coconut milk-1/4 cup
â— Salt, as required
METHOD
◠Heat a clay pot and add 3 tbsp of coconut oil, and crackle poppy seeds, once oil is hot, add the fenugreek seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and slit green chilies(only if you need it to be spicy) and sauté.
◠Once the raw smell of ginger is gone, add 4 tbsp of Exotic Spices Alleppey Fish curry masala and sauté.
â— Add 1 kg fish and 1 cup of water.
â— Once it starts to boil add 1 cup of the third extract of coconut milk first.
â— Let it boil for 5 minutes and adjust the consistency. Add salt as per required.
â— Add the first extract of coconut milk, stir and let it all come together.
â— Turn off the flame and take it off the stove.
â— Serve hot with Rice.
